Campusanis's video: What Kind of World - a Life is Strange Fan Song inspired by Episode 4

I wrote this song after having replayed the first Life is Strange’s Episode 4 recently. It’s written from Chloe’s perspective and can of course only be about/for Rachel. In short: It doesn’t get more emo than this. My goal is to write and record one original song about each episode of every Life is Strange game and right now I am only ONE song away from that, namely one about Episode 5. Check out the other ones on my channel if you haven’t yet! So this song… Sheesh. What a load of work. It even “switches between alternate timelines” (musically) a couple times throughout, because, you know, Episode 4… But I’ve needed to write this one for a long time. Episode 4 is one my all-time favorites and Ashly Burch's performance gets me every time. It's so raw, it's almost scary. Hopefully I could channel some of that energy into the song.
