Jörgen Dance's video: Ballet 101: Delving Deeper Episode 1

Our travelling in-person Ballet 101 program is designed especially for children and youth and introduces the audience to ballet through a combination of performance and participation. The program provides opportunities to see a high-quality professional dance presentation while learning about ballet as a storytelling medium. The interactive component teaches basic ballet positions and allows participants to discover their own ability to convey emotions through movement. Ballet 101 serves as an introduction to the performing arts while also educating the public about the evolution of ballet dance.
