Paul "Magnum" Hollywood finds out about his Great Grandfather on the BBC's "Who Do You Think You Are" Turns out his Great Grandfather was a Postman up in Scotland in the late 19th Century, who was one of the first Running Postmen of that era. The guy worked a 6 day week and barely had a day of work in over 10 years, running 120 miles a week. People don't listen to me when I say running high mileage is good for you. He also lived to a ripe old age.
