Captain Pretzel's video: Netplay Friendlies - Captain Pretzel Kirby vs Synnett Bowser - 2021-05-09

Played on 2021-05-09 Super long and fun friendlies session with Synnett the Montreal Bowser extraordinaire *_*. He definitely has a unique style with Bowser compared to WarriorKnight or 62BitHero. Really likes using flame breath for edgeguarding and occasionally in neutral, both to great effect. Also seems to have a knack for using Up-B even in the air to escape nasty situations while avoiding the use of Down-B almost entirely, which is unusual to me for a Bowser player. Definitely has some interesting edgeguarding options with super low Up-Bs mixed in with the standard getup attacks and bairs, making it a little trickier than usual to recover low against him. Unfortunately I'm writing this a few weeks late so I can't remember the entire session. ;-; Definitely noticed huge differences from other Bowsers I've played though, so it was a lot of fun. :D GGs Synnett c(^_^)7 Side note: despite inhale generally being a better option for Kirby than flame breath, I learned Kirby has his full aerial drift while flame breath is active, meaning it's actually really safe for getting back to ledge against Bowser :O :O :O
