The is the Neptune DoDep 3x3x3. There are 8 possible DoDep 3x3x3's. DoDep is short for Double Depth. So you can think of this as a 3x3x3 made with two type of face cuts, a shallower cut and a deeper cut. The Neptune version has one of each type of cut on each of the 3 axes.
