This tip I am courage a good detox! Hey my lov’bys .. How are you today I am blessed I can’t complain it’s not what happens to you it’s how you deal with it! I’m fine I’ve been battling with burning of my hand my doctor want me to have surgery on them both but I’m trying to avoid it he said I don’t have any nerves really active and neither wrist so I’ve been dealing But I’m OK This small tip is to encourage a good detox every so often once a week if you want to twice a week It really set the tone for your diet don’t know one size fit all so you have to custom to your own self!
