If you like police work (regardless of intent), you should love how he controlled the scene. That being said, this looks like yet another case of Carrollton police on a fishing expedition. One so intent on an arrest, that it will get that arrest whether or not it is appropriate to the situation. Why did they pull him over? Why did they request search? Why did they circumvent with a K9? Why arrest a respectful, hard working man for paraphernalia when we've seen them give others a ticket for same?
