If you know me you know I like traditional old school lifts for upper body. I kept it simple this morning, training arms, starting with supinated bicep curls and supinated triceps kickback, 15 reps, 4 sets. Steady and controlled muscle contractions.... keep the elbows still on the curls ang high on the kickbacks. Lol.... not sure where all this bouncing and swinging came from that I see dudes in the gym doing, but that’s got gonna get you very far. Stay humble, lift weight you can actually control and make it burn.
