“Edit your life frequently and ruthlessly. It’s your masterpiece after all” This time of year is full on competition season. Having been a competitive bodybuilder for 5 years, I’ve created a TON of FB memories that pop up and make me smile and reminisce. And although it feels rewarding to look back on accomplishments, I don’t want to live in memories. I continue to challenge myself by daring to step outside of what I know and learn new things. And these new endeavors provide landmarks of progress, so that when I look back, I can clearly see how how I’ve come. Lol....that body builder version of me, I posted early today, would have laughed at the idea of even trying yoga and would have looked at you like you were crazy, if you told her she would step in a ring to fight (and win😉). There are so many opportunities to explore, have fun and make yourself proud. Lol.... I always think “Don’t be Al Bundy”😂.... reliving that one moment over and over again as the highlight of your life. Create new highlights, life isn’t over.
