For the most part I've always thought there'd sort like a money trap for early entrepreneurs. I've done my fair share of conferences always with this notion that you're gonna meet investors, find super valuable connections. Honestly I've connected with a few people and it's been fun but never worth the thousands of dollars that it costs to attend one. You're talking thousand dollar-plus ticket, you're talking hotels or Airbnb's, flights... It's just never been worth it for me. I quit I quit paying for conferences a while ago; but this time I'm going to Coalition on an invitation from a company called Lectrify, they're building a product called ALFI. Slidebean has been helping them out with their pitch deck. So they invited me to go, they've hired a booth and they're just gonna launch or position their product for the first time in this conference. So we'll find out if Collision is worth it.
