Cayby J's video: Lyrick Studios 1998-2001 Movie Variant 4K 1 85:1

The filmed variant of Lyrick Studios' famed "Lyrick Lake" logo from 1998-2001, presented in a 1.85:1 widescreen ratio and remastered in 4K. Only seen on the infamous 1998 film, Barney's Great Adventure. While the original print displays the Lyrick logo off-centered, either in 4:3 open matte (on most VHS/DVD releases) or in cropped 1.85:1 (on a letterboxed LaserDisc release), this version where the Lyrick logo is properly centered and the early forest design has more frame expansion on the left side, is sourced from a current HD print of the film usually seen on digital platforms and streaming services like Amazon and Peacock. For remastering the 1080p resolution to 4K, I utilized Topaz Video Enhance AI (as I normally do) with the Proteus model to upscale and enhance the details, and edited the upscaled output on Adobe Premiere Pro to add grain and (minor) color correction. As of this upload, this is an H.264-encoded SDR Rec.709 clip for those who don't have HDR-enabled monitors. But both clips in their original SDR Rec.709 and flat HDR Rec.2100PQ color spaces are available to download via Internet Archive (https://archive.org/details/lyrick-studios-1998-movie-variant-4k_202208), in case that either one can suit the color scheme and contrast on your HDR-enabled monitor.
