And with most of the scores in his catalog unreleased, it's no wonder why fans of his work can sometimes preserve those lost pieces on the internet; not just for archival purposes, but for giving him more recognition, and admiration to his presence in the musical world. In that regard, that's when after 11 years of absence, I finally managed to preserve his score to this infamous DTV sequel (or midquel) to the 1986 Spielburg/Bluth classic "An American Tail" with The Treasure of Manhattan Island. While his score selections are definitely not on par with James Horner's scores from the first two films (even to the point where the music editor had to recycle his old scores at times throughout the film), on their own, they are decent enough for a cheap DTV cash-in that explored thematic subjects like politics, brutality and racism. As of this video, the suite contains 10 tracks edited together.
