Hoy preparamos unas Mini Hamburguesas súper fáciles! A mis niños les encanta así que es una receta family friendly & deliciosa 🤤 Ingredientes: 500 gr de carne molida 1/2 cebolla 1 cucharadita de ajo en pasta 2 cucharadas de perejil picado 1 cucharita de mostaza americana o Dijon 1 huevo Sal al gusto Pimienta al gusto (opcional) 2 a 3 cucharadas de Pan rallado (si es necesario) Pasos: - Mezclar todos los ingredientes - Darle forma circular a la carne - Llevarla al horno por 5 minutos a 180 grados C para que se cocine por dentro y lo terminaremos friendo en la sartén por 2 a 4 minutos por lado, depende del tamaño de la hamburguesa. Las papas las cocine al horno 🤗 no son fritas. Buen Provecho! 💗
