A little break from guitars and italianized foreign songs with one of my favourite songs from the 1980s, played on instruments I normally don't play. The Twins were a German synthpop duo who were very successful in my native Italy as well, back in the early/mid eighties, and this song was arguably their biggest hit, so I decided to pay homage to this catchy tune. Their recording relied on the PPG Wave and Roland Jupiter-8 synths for the arrangement, but I don't have either, so I decided to use my two favourite synths from my instrument collection, the small but mighty Korg Monologue and the ultra-reliable Roland D-50. Like I said, I'm not much of a keyboardist or singer (lol) but it didn't turn out too bad, or did it?
