Champagne Roads's video: Salkantay Inca Trek to Machu Picchu

@Salkantay Inca Trek to Machu Picchu
Follow my drone and I on a journey through the Peruvian Andes walking one of the old Inca paths to Machu Picchu. This 5 days trek takes you to the beautiful lake Humantay and the Salkantay pass located at 4638 meters which is the highest point of the trek. You'll be trekking in landscapes of massive snow capped mountains colliding with lush tropical rain forests. You will visit the beautiful thermal baths of Santa Teresa and the archaeological site of Llactapata. After five days of trekking, you will reach the amazing Lost City of the Incas. Collaborating with the company Salkantay Trekking, I had the pleasure to produce a promotional video for them. This is my personal take of the experience having to drone film in high altitude during rainy season, chasing sunlight and running away from the clouds, riding on top of a car in the Sacred Valley, crossing a river through a crater and making traditional Peruvian coffee. Filmed with a DJI Phantom 3 Standard and a GoPro Hero 4. Music: Another Sunrise by Millesim ft. Sean Bradford Please subscribe to follow me as I travel the world one video at a time!
