Apartment (1bedroom, 1 bath) The only tradeoff is the floorplan that I want doesn't have a balcony + bedrooms are small. However, the amenities, location, and views were AMAZING; everything I wanted. Apartment (Junior 1 bedroom, 1 bath) Cost less than my current apartment + apartment but you have to pay monthly for a PUBLIC parking structure and there's no view. It was smaller but it has a more ideal floorplan if I were to go that route. Apartment or ??? Comment Below!
