Here is a delicious coleslaw recipe that goes great with fried chicken or or solo. It is homegrown - excess from my earlier acharra. This recipe is best made a the day before it is served. INGREDIENTS 1 TO 1 1/2 lbs ( approximately 500 gr) cabbage 1 shredded medium to large carrot 3/4 cup mayonnaise 1/2 cup milk 1/2 cup buttermilk 1/2 grated onion 3 tbls sugar (adjust to your taste) 1 1/2 tsp salt pepper to taste 1 tbls juice of lemon (white vinegar)
