Romulo's Kitchen & Garden's video: Cathedral Window Gelatin - leveled up for adults only

Gelatine can be a kiddie food. Yes they are attractive for kids, so we are levelling up this kiddie dessert to make it fit for adults. We are separating the cream, let the light shine through the cathedral window and we add spirit, something bubbly. If you do not have it, gin is a perfect replacement. What an easy dessert! Ingredients: 1 1/2 cup gelatin red, yellow, and green jelly cooked according to package instructions and cubed (as an option, use nata de coco) 1 1/4 cups whipping cream ( or simply nestle cream) 1 1/2 cups pineapple juice (or the syrup of fruit cocktail 1 can condensed milk 14 oz. 4 packets unflavored gelatin colorless (or use gelatin leaves) Bubbly wine (I used champagne, or as an option, gin) Mint leaves (optional) Instructions: Simply prepare the colored gelatine individually. Heat the pineapple juice without boiling. Pour into a mixing bowl. Add the colorless unflavored gelatin. Stir until the gelatin completely dilutes in the juice. Add the cream or evaporated milk and the condensed milk. Stir until well blended. Add the colored jelly cubes. Stir. Pour the mixture in a Jelly mold large enough to hold everything. I used Martini glass instead. Add some wine/spirit and stir. Refrigerate for 4 hours. Top it with the cream and as an option decorate with mint leaves As an option, instead of using gelatine, I used nata de coco.
