If you're not doing midi quantization right now you might be noticing your tracks sounding a bit messy? Or maybe there is vibe missing? Or it seems like everything out of place? This could be because you're not using midi quantization or audio quantization to make sure everything is happening at the right time. Music will only sound good when it is in time and that is exactly what midi quantization will do. Even better, since it is midi you can quantize in any way and be sure to know that your tracks will still sound good. As soon as we start talking about quantizing or time stretching audio tracks then this is when it starts getting difficult because we will be taking the quality away from the natural playing of the performer. However, with midi, it doesn't matter. You can quantize as much or as little as you like and the quality will remain the same.
