Polished brass finish with solid walnut cane blades. Manufactured in the early 1980s. Uses a downsized GE stack motor and a metal flywheel. Uses a cardboard-box variable-speed control and 3-way pullchain. The Whisperfan III is actually rather uncommon thsee days, especially with the rare cane blades. Performance is decent, but not particularly spectacular. The high speed RPM could have been a bit faster.
