Model CB-7926D. Navajo white finish with short bleached oak all-weather blades. Came with the matching KG2L wet-rated light kit. Manufactured in 2003. Uses a 188x20mm cast aluminum spinner motor with a 14-degree blade pitch. UL listed for wet locations. Like many damp/wet-rated fans, it uses a reverse pullchain. The Lanai, alongside the normal Capistrano, was introduced in 1997. It was Casablanca's very first wet-rated outdoor fan. The most visible difference between the two models is the switch housing. In order to make it wet-rated, the switch housing had to be sealed from the top in order to prevent moisture intrusion. In order to do this, the switch housing needed to be shaped differently with an upward flare towards the blade irons. Performance is excellent. With the short blades, it flies like a bat out of hell. High sped RPM is around 300.
