Menu istimewa kali ni adalah Lasagna..sejenis pasta yang disusun lapis berselang seli dengan sos bolognese ataupun ragu, dan pelbagai jenis cheese..boleh tambah sayur ikut mana yang kita suka..dan bila masak, cheese tu akan cair bersama dengan sos yang kita lapis..itu yang buatkan lagi sedap dan menarik. Selain sos Bolognese, Che Nom akan tunjuk cara untuk sediakan satu lg sos iaitu sos putih atau sos bechamel. Antara elemen penting untuk hasilkan lasagna yang super sedap. //Bahasa Melayu ------------------------------------------------ Bahan-bahan untuk sos bolognese: 3-4 sudu besar minyak zaitun ½ biji bawang holland 3-4 ulas bawang putih 400g daging atau ayam kisar ½-1 sudu kecil serbuk lada hitam ½ batang lobak merah 1 biji capsicum 2 tin / 800g tomato pomodori atau whole tomato 2 keping daun bay kering ½-1 sudu besar Italian Herbs 2-3 sudu besar pes tomato ½ kiub stok lembu atau ayam ¼ cawan susu full cream gula dan garam secukup rasa 8-12 cendawan butang **NOTA: Kalau tak ada tomato pomodori atau whole peel, boleh ganti tomato puree anggaran 300g-400g. Boleh letak sikit-sikit dulu dan rasa tahap masam kuah. Bahan-bahan untuk sos bechamel: 3 sudu besar / 43g mentega tak bergaram 2 sudu besar tepung gandum 2 ½ cawan susu full cream 1 sudu besar serbuk cheese parmesan 2 keping keju cheddar (**kalau tak guna cheddar, boleh tambah lagi 2 sudu besar serbuk parmesan) ¼ sudu kecil serbuk lada hitam Bahan-bahan lain untuk lapisan lasagna: cheese mozarella secukupnya serbuk cheese parmesan secukupnya kepingan lasagna (**boleh guna yang tak perlu masak atau perlu masak dahulu) kepingan aluminium (untuk bakar) //English ----------------------------------------------------------- Ingredients for bolognese sauce: 3-4 tablespoon olive oil ½ yellow onion 3-4 cloves garlic 400g minced beef or chicken ½-1 teaspoon black pepper powder ½ batang lobak merah 1 whole capsicum 2 tin / 800g tomato pomodori atau whole tomato 2 dried bay leaves ½-1 tablespoon Italian Herbs 2-3 sudu besar pes tomato ½ beef or chicken stock cube ¼ cup full cream milk salt and sugar to taste 8-12 button muchroom **NOTE: If not using pomodori or whole peel tomatoes, you may substitute with tomato puree about 300g to 400g, please add little by little and test the acidity or the gravy Ingredients for bechamel sauce: 3 tablespoon / 43g unsalted butter 2 tablespoon plain flour 2 ½ cup full cream milk 1 tablespoon parmesan cheese powder 2 tablespoon cheddar cheese (**if not using cheddar, you may add 2 more tablespoon parmesan cheese powder) ¼ teaspoon black pepper powder Other Ingredients for layering a lasagna: enough mozarella cheese enough parmesan cheese powder lasagna sheet (you may use non-precook or precook required) aluminium foil (for baking) Instagram: http://bit.ly/CheNomInstagram Twitter: http://bit.ly/CheNomTwitter Facebook: http://bit.ly/CheNomFacebook
