At around 1 dollar per serving my way of preparing a turkey that is really flavorful and moist. Process, chop or blend all ingredients and place in a bowl. 2. Rub, spread, and place the mix on and into the skin of the turkey, in the inside cavity and on the outside too. Refrigerate overnight…but if you can’t let it marinate at least 2 hours. 3. Bake at 300F for 4 hours. The turkey will be ready when the temperature at the thigh reaches 160F. 4. Cover with foil and set aside for 15 to 20 minutes. Then cut and serve. EL PAVO SABROSO Y TIERNO ★★★★★ Tiempo de preparación: 15 min + | Cocción / Horneado: 4 horas sin supervisión | Porciones: 10 a 16 | Dificultad: principiantes | INGREDIENTES 12 a 14 porciones 1 PAVO de 14 libras 1 taza de HIERBAS FRESCAS (albahaca, cilantro - 1/4 taza si usa orégano o tomillo) ½ taza de CEBOLLA LARGA 2 cucharadas de PASTA DE AJO 1 cucharada de SAL ½ cucharada de PIMIENTA ½ taza de crema agria natural INSTRUCCIONES: 1. Procese, pique o mezcle todos los ingredientes y colóquelos en un tazón. 2. Frote, extienda y coloque la mezcla sobre y dentro de la piel del pavo, en la cavidad interior y también en la exterior. Refrigere durante la noche ... pero si no puede dejarlo marinar al menos 2 horas. 3. Hornee a 300F durante 4 horas. El pavo estará listo cuando la temperatura en el muslo alcance los 160F. 4. Cubra con papel aluminio y deje reposar de 15 a 20 minutos. Luego corta y sirve.
