Add a pinch of salt, rice flour, ghee and make a soft dough. Whisk it with the help of a rolling pin and mix it well. Cover it with a lid and cook on low heat for 5 minutes. Transfer it to a parat, add ghee and knead it well. Keep it aside for further use. For Stuffing In a pan, add jaggery and cook for 3-4 minutes until it melts on medium flame. Add grated coconut, poppy seeds, cardamom powder, nutmeg powder, cashewnut, almonds and mix it well. Cook it for 4-5 minutes or until the mixture is dry. Transfer it to a tray and let it cool at room temperature. For Ukadiche Modak Take a lemon sized dough, spread it with the finger or roll it with a rolling pin. Place the mixture in the center, pinch the edges to create the pleats and close the edges. Heat the water in a steamer, place the prepared modak and add some saffron milk on top of the modak. Cover it with the lid and cook it for 10-12 minutes on medium flames.
