Cheraya Miyoko's video: WIND CAVES NATIONAL PARK Should you go to the Wind Caves Black Hills South Dakota Roadtrip

Are you planning on going to South Dakota and wondering if you should make the time to go to Wind Caves National Park? Well today we make a trip to America's 7th national park, and hopefully give you a reason to visit this interesting park! This was quite the adventure, as soon as we got into the car. While we were here, one of the main roads into the park from Custer State Park was closed, so the GPS took us this backwards way of getting into the park (which there was no visitor center, or any way you could even tell that there was a cave system there). But after we regrouped we headed there from the city of Custer, and that was much better, there were signs and everyting! But in all seriousness, this national park is America's 7th national park and the first cave to be designated a national park in the world! Because of atmospheric pressure, it is said that the cave can "breathe". When the pressure is greater outside the cave, air is sucked into the cave, but when the pressure is lower, air flows out of the cave. Which is super cool! I loved being able to visit this national park, and despite our troubles getting here, it was really worth it in my opinion. One last thing to note, it is free to enter the park, and to see the natural opening of the cave, but to really get the full experience purchase a tour to go inside the cave. There are no self guided tours inside the cave, becuase there are around 150 miles of passageways (third largest in the States) and true darkness in the cave.
