How to use TRETINOIN CORRECTLY? 👉 Tretinoin is available in various strengths 0.025% , 0.05% and 0.01% . I’m using the lowest strength which is 0.025% 👉 It helps treat acne, reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, sun damage, dark spots and reduce texture on skin 👉 Sandwich method - on clean washed and toned face apply your favorite hydrating moisturizer preferably something with ceramides, peptides and hyaluronic acid and then apply tret like suggested and then again after few mins apply the same moisturizer on top 👉 Tret is NOT PREGNANCY OR LACTATION SAFE 👉 Start with once a week and build it upto 2-3 times a week 👉 Wearing sunscreen every morning is imperative while using Tret 👉 Tret should be introduced after your skin is comfortable with using retinol for atleast a few months 👉 My experience- Purging with Tret is very common, it’s your skins way of adjusting to it. It broke me out for the first month and then my skin started settling in 👉 Patch testing tret like anyother skincare product is very important 👉 I suggest don’t use chemical peels and retinol while using Tretinoin 👉 Consult your dermatologist to understand if your skin needs it and what strength will suit you
