My name is Nitish, working in Chetu as a Node. js developer. I have joined Chetu as a trainee two years ago. Two years ago, when I wanted to start my career in IT, one of my friends suggested me about the skill center of Chetu. After getting to know about the training program, I applied for the same. After getting selected, Chetu provided me free training for three months. Chetu hired me as a trainee. After three months, in the supervision of my TL and team members, I did some small, small projects. On the basis of performance, Chetu promoted me as a team member. And within a two year, I got promoted as a senior software engineer. Last two year was full of learning where I got chance to deal with client. It's helped me to improve my communication skills as well. Chetu has six month appraisal and cab facilities are so smooth. And they have a hygienic cafeteria where we have good food. Whenever I face any challenges, my team member and my seniors help me on that. So starting from the skill center to becoming a senior team member, the journey was fantastic.
