I recently completed a year in Chetu. That has been great working experience for me. I feel blessed that I'm the part of this organization because Chetu truly take care of their employees and motivate them to better every day. Chetu provide endless opportunities and benefits as well. So as a part of project I faced few challenges, but I always found the solution in supervision of my TL and my manager, my team members always support me if I'm stuck somewhere. So I must admit that Chetu have very supportive culture that make it easy to push yourself and break the boundries. In my past company, I never interact with the client, but Chetu give me opportunity to interact with the client directly and understand the project requirement. So it'll enhance my learning skills, my communication skill, as well as my leadership skill.
