Like my trailer for Schindler's List, this video is an attempt at telling this movie's story in a serious way. Spielberg made his second "serious" movie with this picture, and I've tried to respect that. The trailer doesn't really pick up until halfway through, so please bear with me on this, but the second half is a dramatic tour-de-force. This may make some people cry, I don't know, it depends on how sensitive you are, this was a personal project for me as my grandfather was part of the war in Europe, something I'm very proud of. I'm actually quite the WWII history buff, but I pulled all the stops in re-creating the movie's horrific vision of war, hopefully you'll all like it. This video uses a dramatic suite from Michael Giacchino's "Medal Of Honor Airborne" score, I think by the end you'll all agree it was a good choice (despite being from a video game).
