Home made Nutella Here’s a good Nutella pancake recipe that you can prepare for kids as an evening snack or pack in their snack box. Powder the sugar well, and add eggs, salt, and vanilla essence to it. Whisk everything together thoroughly. Then add sunflower oil and whisk again. Sift in the all-purpose flour and baking powder, mix well, and add milk as needed to get the right consistency. The batter should not be as loose as regular pancake batter; it should be thick. Pour a spoonful of batter onto a dosa pan, place some Nutella on top, and then pour another spoonful of batter over it. Once one side is cooked, flip it and cook the other side. A delicious Nutella pancake will be ready. You can also use jam instead of Nutella if you prefer.
