For those who don't know, How to make mandapputt, here's a delicious Mandapputt recipe 😋. Mandapputt is an is an offering for head ailments. When grinding rice and green gram for mandaput, it should not be finely ground, coconut and jaggery should be crushed and kneaded to make a fine loose paste. Add rice flour and green gram flour to it. If it is kneaded without adding even a drop of water, that mandapput has a special taste. Dry ginger, cardamom and ghee can be added to this according to your preference. Happy Attukal Pongala 🙏
