You need to apply to the house fast so you can get the freshman experience. You will have one other roommate where you will share a bathroom, mini-fridge, & microwave! THERE ARE NO SINGLE ROOMS! YOU HAVE TO HAVE A ROOMMATE! You can request roommates once you already have paid for your housing! You can have a 4 bedroom/2 bathroom or a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom. 2 bedrooms run out fast! (Closest housing to the MSC-Dinning Hall, Rec, and Panther Stadium) UNIVERSITY VILLAGE NORTH (Phase 3&6): Upperclassmen housing. People call these rooms "the suburbs" because it's quieter than Phase 1&2. You HAVE to apply to Phase 6 EARLY if you want a unit in there. It's only 2 buildings in the back of phase 3. Each room in Phase 6 has 4 rooms & everyone gets their own private bathroom! Phase 3 varies! You can have a 4 bedroom/2 bathroom floor plan or a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom floor plan. Similar to phase 1&2, the 2 bedroom units fill up fast! It's really nice and secluded. There are a few different floor plans. There's ALWAYS a waiting list to get in.
