For the longest time I just couldn't get past 1 star on 11-3, the enemy composition combined with the electro debuff just utterly countered both of my teams. My Beidou team relies so heavily on ults for damage that the constant energy drain nerfed it into the ground, and the Ning/Zhong team having two geo characters meant that my options for breaking fatui shields were extremely limited. Everything changed in 1.3. Zhongli's buffs and the change to Geo resonance massively increased the damage output of my weaker team to the point where the other two characters could be dedicated just to electro fatui shield breaking. On top of that, I got a Beidou constellation from the shop reset putting her at C5, and miraculously my very first Ning constellation from a free roll on the standard banner. I've officially beaten the game I think, and without having to resort to using broke af Bennet, or any pyro character at all really. Now I can just farm mats and hoard primos for Hu Tao in peace.
