Smooth silky baby aubergines are wokked up with chunky smoked tofu pieces and wok tossed in delicious @lkkeurope sauces - soybean sauce + sweet soy sauce giving a rich sweet umaminess, topped with chopped chives. It’s the perfect easy mid week supper. Aubergines are rich in antioxidants, a good source of fibre and rich in vitamins B1 and B6 too - a healthy winner! Serve with Jasmine rice.
