Fresh shiitake mushrooms are wok fried with chickpeas, sweetcorn, diced carrots, fresh pineapple, chives and wok tossed in Lee Kum Kee Spicy Garlic Sauce and Lee Kum Kee’s Double Deluxe Soy Sauce, and served with Lee Kum Kee Chiu Chow Chilli Oil - one of my favourite chilli oil for a spicy kick. Did you know that pineapples are a super fruit - high in vitamin C, aid digestion, boost your metabolism, and nourish your skin and hair from the inside - it’s my favourite fruit for sure!
