I’ve got a fab recipe for you today it’s my Creamy Soy Shiitake Linguine and it’s a winner! Fresh shiitake mushrooms are wok fried with garlic, chilli, onions seasoned in Lee Kum Kee Mushroom Sauce, Soybean paste and Premium Light and Dark Soy Sauce, topped with coconut cream and milk. It is rich, umami and so satisfying, garnished with fresh chives and cracked black pepper. Shiitake mushrooms are a veggie staple in my house, they contain many nutrients are known to promote good health and circulation, they also contain Eritadenine a compound that inhibits cholesterol!
