It is also called the Dadar Express. It operates as train number 15945 from Lokmanya Tilak Terminus to Dibrugarh and as train number 15946 in the reverse direction, serving the states of Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, West Bengal, Nagaland & Assam. The 15945 / 46 Lokmanya Tilak Terminus–Dibrugarh Express runs with 1 AC First Class coaches, 1 AC 2-tier coaches, 5 AC 3-tier coaches, 11 sleeper class, 2 general unreserved coaches, 2 SLR (seating with luggage rake) coaches and 1 End-On-Generator. LTT is managed by the Central Railway. The Kurla and Tilak Nagar suburban railway stations are located nearby. It is one of the five railway terminals within Mumbai, the others being Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus, Dadar on the Central line, and Mumbai Central and Bandra Terminus on the Western line. LTT is located in the middle of two suburban railway stations, Tilak Nagar and Kurla, on the Harbour line. It is easily accessible through Tilak Nagar as a direct overhead bridge is made to LTT from Tilak Nagar. A share rickshaw service is available from Kurla to LTT via level crossing. The average opening of the level crossing gate is 20 minutes. Dibrugarh railway station is a railway junction station on the Lumding–Dibrugarh section. Rated as A Category railway station in Northeast Frontier Railway. It is located in Dibrugarh :The Tea City of India and 3rd largest city in the Indian state of Assam. The Dibrugarh railway station (DBRG) is the second railway station of the historic city of Dibrugarh after Dibrugarh Town railway station (DBRT). It is the Largest railway station in Northeast India in terms of area covering approx 400 Bighas of Land. Nearest to the India's Longest Rail-Cum-Road Bogibeel Bridge which connnects Southern Bank to Northern Bank of Assam. The Iconic Engineering Marvel 4.94 km (3 mi) long, combined Rail-Cum-Road Bogibeel Bridge across the Brahmaputra connects the Souther Bank of Assam Dibrugarh with the Northern Bank of Assam Dhemaji. The foundation of the infrastructure was laid by Former Prime Minister, Sri Atal Bihari Vajpayee in 2002, which is finally dadicated to the Nation on 25 December 2018 by Honourable Prime Minister Sri Narendra Modi.
