O Deymon é um "demônio" que nasceu em um mundo onde só existia anjos, por causa disso acabou sendo rejeitado por todos, mas depois de um tempo ele acabou conhecendo Yasuhiko e sua mãe adotiva, que logo o acolheu em sua casa. Tempos se passaram e os cidadãos deste mundo descobriram que a mãe de Yasuhiko estava abrigando uma criatura estranha e desprezível em sua casa, e com isso, acabaram ateando fogo na casa deles enquanto Yasuhiko e Deymon estavam fora, ao voltarem pra casa e verem o estrago causado pelo incêndio, Yasuhiko acaba sendo resgatado por uma deusa de outro mundo chamada Aila, sem avisos prévios, Yasuhiko foi embora sem explicar nada ao Deymon, que foi deixado sozinho.
