A simulated Afghan training grounds used by the UK Army at STANTA, Thetford. The model was captured by rapidly scanning the area autonomously using a sUAV and converting to a 3D model using the photogrammetry software Pix4D. The output will be used in a Command & Control Mixed Reality system to support my PhD experiments.
