Here's the 40-Min Incline Treadmill Workout for Kinobody's Movie Star Body Program: 0-5:00 - Warm Up - 1degree incline - 3.0 mph 5:00--6:00 - 2 degree incline - 3-3.5mph 6:00--7:00 - 3 degree incline - 3-3.5mph 7:00--8:00 - 4 degree incline - 3-3.5mph 8:00--9:00 - 5 degree incline - 3-3.5mph 9:00--10:00 - 6 degree incline - 3-3.5mph 10:00--11:00 - 7 degree incline - 3-3.5mph 11:00--12:00 - 8 degree incline - 3-3.5mph 12:00--13:00 - 9 degree incline - 3-3.5mph 13:00--15:00 - 10 degree incline - 3-3.5mph (2min hold) After 15min, you enter the interval phase of the workout.
