Have you ever doubted your abilities? Of course, right? I know I have! This last week of yoga teacher training tested my courage, my faith in myself, in my own abilities. I had to overcome my fears and insecurities to rise to the occasion and in the end? It was so worth it! Why? Because it was a soul calling, a dream fulfilled. We must learn to walk through our fears in order to transcend them. This is the final video of the series on Yoga Teacher Training in India.
