I was browsing through the internet and I found some wonderful inspiration from Milk1422. I have replicated a couple of his face charts last year but this time I want to take inspiration from one of their looks. In one of his face charts there is one where the eyebrows and decorated with hearts....So I thought why not try my spin on this.
