▶ MY IBS SUPPORT SUPPLEMENTS ARE NOW AVAILABLE 🔥🔥 ○○○ https://www.ceeactive.com/cee-supps - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - ✩ WHAT I EAT ✩ 6.30am My AM IBS support supplements to help bloating and digestion https://www.ceeactive.com/cee-supps 7am Extra strong cappuccino 1 scoop of collagen 8am 1 bread roll 2 slices of lean bacon 1 fried egg reduced sugar tomato sauce 1 tbsp of cream cheese 10am Pre workout + BCAAS https://womens.best/christieswadling 12pm 2 small thigh chicken fillets, sliced 1 bunch of broccoli 2 teaspoon coleslaw dressing 1 cup asian salad mix - In a fry pan, cook the broccoli and chicken in olive oil. *optional to use a cooking sauce also like Tamari or cocominos for extra flavour. - Combine the dressing and salad mix. 3pm Quest protein bar 5pm random pickles snacking 6pm Red wine Lamb shoulder 2 tablespoons mustard 1 tablespoon fresh thyme bag of green beans 1/3 cup slivered almonds 2/3 cup fetta 2 2easpoons olive oil salt and pepper 2 cups chopped pumkin 1 cup chopped sweet potato * sauce of choice was gravy - Cover the lamb in mustard and the fresh thyme, allow the lamb to slow cook for 6-12 hours with no water in a slow cooker - Pre-heat the oven to 250C - Line baking paper over a baking tray, place the chopped sweet potato, tomatoes and pumpkin on paper, drizzle with olive oil, salt and pepper. Bake for 25-30 minutes. - In a sauce pan over high head, fry the beans in olive oil for 3-5 minutes (you want them to only be lightly cooked) - Transfer beans to a plate.
