Christina Marie's video: Round vs Cushion Cut Diamond Comparison Review Brillianteers

@Round vs. Cushion Cut Diamond Comparison Review | Brillianteers
Today’s video is a comparison review of these two rings from Brillianteers, a wholesale jewelry company that cuts out the middleman thus giving you a better deal in your diamond shopping experience. For US-based customers, all the rings are produced and shipped from their New York studio. They offer naturally-mined, conflict-free diamonds as well as Moissonite (upon request). Today, I’m going to review and compare two of their rings I selected from their site. Parisian in White Gold 2.50ct https://www.brillianteers.com/diamond-ring-solitaire-0163-14kw-23-25hsi2.html Cushion Tiffany in White Gold 2.25ct https://www.brillianteers.com/diamond-ring-solitaire-0312-14kw-262-225hsi2.html The first ring is called the “Parisian” in 14k white gold with a 2.5ct center stone. The diamond rests in a sharp basket head design with arrow profiled prongs. It is made of a 14k white gold with a round diamond. On their site, you can upgrade to 18k white gold for $150 more. They also offer laser engraving for an additional charge of $75. They offer this style in platinum, white, or yellow gold. This ring closely resembles the Tiffany Setting Engagement Ring, however its 4-prong design differentiates itself from Tiffany’s iconic 6-prong setting. Also, this ring has a smooth rounded band while Tiffany’s has a raised design. The second ring is called the “Cushion Tiffany” in 14k white gold with a 2.25ct center stone. While a round and cushion cut diamond can look similar from afar, they have a few key differences. Round cut diamonds give off more light than any other cut of diamond, making these rings shine brighter. The round brilliant cut diamond has 58 facets- divided among its crown (top), girdle (widest part) and pavilion (base). They are also versatile with regards to fitting into various ring settings. A cushion cut diamond has a square shape with rounded corners. This cut has been around longer than most other cuts of diamonds - for 200 years. This cut works especially well for halo settings. Cushion cuts also have 58 facets which are larger than round cuts, making them slightly less sparkly than their counterparts. Price wise, cushion cuts tend to be about 25% less than expensive than their counterparts. This makes sense, because when jewelers cut a rough stone, more is lost in shaping a ROUND diamond, making the cost of each carat retained higher. Both round and cushion cuts are one of the shiniest cuts of diamonds. ▶ Related Products Jewelry Cleaner, 8 Fl Oz https://amzn.to/3bOdZ5N Tiffany Inspired Solitaire Ring $30 https://amzn.to/3bNeHQB ▶ Related Videos: Affordable Jewelry Haul Under $50 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VivhazgZxt4 Affordable Custom Engagement Ring Shopping https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uQwLvSorHus Affordable Earrings Under $100 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qflbgM3QTCU Engagement Rings Under $50 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=i9CPsMYoS6s Tiffany Style Engagement Rings Under $100 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WiGJbKnrGUU Engagement Rings Under $200 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_rNmb9sKAXg Above links may be affiliate links xx Christina Marie
