@Traditional Stages in Developing a System: Designing
Need more help with your HSC study? Check out my new digital study guides here: https://christopher-s-school-bf2f.thinkific.com/ At the conclusion of the planning stage of system development, a single solution would have been selected by the project team to go ahead as the new system. In this designing stage the concept of the new system is introduced to the users and participants, in which its context is outlined. At this point the system is also modelled through a range of diagrams, which aids in clarifying each of the relevant information processes within the system. Through the logical modelling of the system, it is easier for the project manager to better understand and document the development of the new systems. Modelling the system through diagrams also assist the project manager in illustrating the operation of the proposed new system when clarifying its advantages to users and participants, as well as ensuring that the information system will be created with ease of maintenance in place for the participants.
