Mexican Cornbread | June Oven | My Gadget Kitchen | | How To Make Mexican Cornbread Ingredients: 1c all purpose flour 1c cornmeal 1/4c sugar 1 tbsp baking powder 1/2 tsp kosher salt Approx 1c milk (see video) 1/3c vegetable oil 1 can creamed corn 1 can RoTel 1 large egg 1 cup shredded cheese, plus more for garnish Directions: Preheat oven to 375 for convection, 400 for standard baking Bake cornbread for 40-45 min until done.
