Chuck Porter - Everything Outdoors **PINE CLAD HILLS FORAGING COMPANY: (locally owned and operated in Central Newfoundland, Canada Mark Feener - Owner) Look them up on facebook or email them at pinecladhills489@gmail.com **PRODUCTS USED IN VIDEO: Mora Knife with Fire Steel: https://amzn.to/3dbQza9 **OVERNIGHT SOURDOUGH BREAD RECIPE: 3 & 3/4 cup of all-purpose flour 1/2 cup of sourdough starter 1 & 1/2 cups of water 1 teaspoon of salt 1/8 cup of sugar (optional) Mix dry ingredients and then stir in water. Form a sticky ball then set aside for 12-18 hours (wrapped in container and blanket). Then, take out dough and press into a square and then fold sides into the center. Keep folding sides in until you form a "ball" with the dough. Then turn upside down. Scar dough slightly with knife. [Best baked in dutch oven] Preheat dutch oven in conventional oven @ 500 F prior to adding dough. Add dough and bake for 30 minutes. Remove lid and bake at 450 F for another 10 minutes. Melt butter on crust and let sit until completely cool before bagging. Enjoy!!
