Chuck Severance's video: Dr Chuck hears Neon 3 start and rev up for the first time

Neon 3 is our third Neon in the Sakai Racing Team. It is a 1995 Neon ACR that we bought for $800 with a blown engine and no wiring harness and a pickup truck full of broken and spare parts from Steve Kolhi of Parallax Racing in April 2019 at Joliet, IL. We have been working on it off and on for many months now and this is the first time that Dr. Chuck has heard it start and run. It still has a lot of work and tuning before it sees a race track- but this is a nice milestone. Filmed at JEM Sport in Jackson, MI.
