Call of Duty: Modern Warfare is a first-person shooter video game developed by Infinity Ward for Xbox, PlayStation 4 and PC. It is a reboot of original Modern Warfare trilogy. Call of Duty: Modern Warfare is the sixteenth game in the Call of Duty franchise, the fourth game in the Modern Warfare series, and Infinity Ward's second to be developed in a three-year development cycle. Announced on May 30th, 2019, the game will be released on October 25th, 2019. It's not a prequel or a sequel due to wanting to keep the game authentic to what's going on in 2019/2020. It's simply a reboot (set in a different MW universe). Infinity Ward are saying it's familiar but fresh, so we can expect to experience all of our favourite characters from the series like Captain Price, Griggs and Nickoli. There's also speculation task force 141 is back in some capacity, so we could see Shepherd, Soap and MacTavish. I'll be playing through all the Modern Warfare campaign missions prior to the new games release. I'm starting with Modern Warfare Remastered and releasing a new mission everyday on YouTube.
