There are coastal and inland options, and this video follows the coastal, then 'spiritual' options, remaining fairly close to the coast until reaching Pontevedra. The route taken started in Porto, then passed through Vila do Conde, Barcelos, Viana do Castelo, Ponte de Lima, Valenca, Tui, Pontevedra, Padron, and on to Santiago de Compostela.
